History of the school

Shri. P.E. Subramaniam, a Philanthropist and Managing Trustee of PES Charitable Trust established Sri Sarada Eshwar Vidya Mandir Matriculation Higher Secondary School in the year 1998 with the blessings of His Holiness Poojyasri Sankaracharya Swamigal of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam. The school has always strived to be a learning centre with its innovative teaching methodology and holistic approach.

The Institution forayed into a management partnership with DAV Group, Chennai in October, 2022, and the school was re-branded as DAV Sarada Eashwar Vidyalaya. The school is located in a green, scenic campus in Pozhichalur, Chennai.

Since 1970, DAV Group, Chennai (under the aegis of the Arya Samaj Seva Foundation) formerly known as Arya Samaj Seva Foundation (ASSF) formerly known as Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society (TNAES) has been serving society by providing affordable high-quality education rooted in Vedic values, while remaining relevant to the times.
